This picture could be part of avstory in which Wonder Woman has received a message from Major Steve Trevor telling her to meet both him and General Blankenship at 7PM. As she's waiting fo them, a boat aproaches but Wonder Woman doesn't think anything of it as Trevor and Blankenship arrive. Trevor embraces Wonder Woman and hugs her; Wonder Woman suddenly feels weak and realizes that "Steve Trevor" has removed her magic belt and that "General Blankenship" is about to chloroform
her. Wonder Woman: "You're not Steve! And you're not General Blankenship! Where are-MMMPHH! MMMMPHHH!! MMMmmm..." When Wonder Woman awakens, she's on the boat with the men who have captured her and a woman in a Wonder Woman costume who looks just like her and is wearing her bracelets, tiarra and magic belt and golden lasso. The female villain tells Wonder Woman that she has a theory that an ordinary woman who wears Wonder Woman's magic belt would gain Wonder Woman's powers, including her Amazon strength; holing an iron bar that has been bent out of shape, the villain adds that obviously, her theory is true! The Wonder Woman imposter commits a series of robberies while the real Wonder Woman can do nothing to stop her!
